What materials are your products made from?
Our stickers are printed on premium waterproof vinyl, our shirts are made from 100% soft cotton, our toys are sourced from safe, non-toxic materials, and our keychains use durable metals and resins designed to last.
How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within Singapore. International shipping times vary.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly from the courier’s website or by clicking the link in your confirmation email.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. However please contact us if you have an issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Only exception is the EU due to the recent change to their policies. If they change their policies we will ship to you again.
